“Consider the Costume”

A campaign held by ASUW’s Joint Commissions Committee and the OMA&D’s Student Advisory Board. This is a visual campaign to raise awareness and challenge the cultural appropriation and mockery which take place around Halloween. The display was comprised of life-sized photos of students of different cultures such as First Nations, Black, Middle Eastern, Asian, LGBTQIA, and more, all holding up images of common appropriation.
